Old PCM module which is physical broken part number is BG91-12A650-FF. Also, the PCM in my ranger has 52 lines in 7E0-165 and I only found one other ranger which had those lines. So, moving on to the PCM: 7E0-163-03 0000 0005 00AD - my ranger 7E0-163-03 0000 0004 009D - cruise enabled rangers There are some other differences, but this is one line that all cruise-enabled rangers have in common.
